In collaboration with NEOM, SHAR is actively engaged in the ongoing project of designing and establishing a residential, service, and administrative complex in Trojena.

The project includes: - Designing and establishing a residential, service, and administrative complex in Trojena. - Construction of buildings with areas of up to 3,000 square meters, encompassing all finishes, equipment, and furniture to be delivered as a turnkey solution. - Implementation of infrastructure works and development of the general site spanning an area of up to 22,000 square meters, including facilities, services, and standalone networks.
