Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in tendering and bidding processes within the construction industry, with a preference for experience in Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing and winning large-scale construction tenders and bids.
4. Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction market, regulations, and tendering procedures.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tender submissions concurrently.
6. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
8. Experience in leading a tendering team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as needed.
9. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
10. Familiarity with tendering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
11. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Study the tender documents for the project.
2. Arrange the overall strategy for the project’s study.
3. Define the indirect cost parameters and values.
4. Define the projects’ risks and opportunities.
5. Revise the tender prices.
6. Coordinate with several teams for the pricing process.
7. Revise the technical and commercial proposal.
8. Ensure the aligning with the tender requirements.
9. Submitting prequalification documents and diligently following up for successful outcomes.
