Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Quality Management is preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries.
4. Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) on large-scale construction projects.
5. Experience in leading quality audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
6. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team of quality professionals.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
8. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
10. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain the company’s quality system.
2. Audit and follow the quality checks and reviews.
3. Arrange the quality review process over all levels.
4. Maintain the company’s quality policy objectives for all disciplines and projects.
5. Reply to the quality questionnaires and prequalification documents.
