Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QAQC Engineer in the construction industry, with a strong preference for experience in Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
4. Proven experience in implementing and managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes on construction projects.
5. Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection techniques, and testing procedures.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
8. Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
9. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and update the quality document templates and standards for the use in project.
2. Follow the projects’ quality statistics on a daily basis.
3. Support the quality teams to match the projects’ requirements and expectations.
4. Define and update the company’s internal quality standard to be followed globally over all projects.
5. Prepare, update and maintain the lessons learnt register.
