Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project controls within the construction industry, with a strong preference for experience in Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia.
Proven track record of managing project control activities for large-scale construction projects, including scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
Expertise in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
In-depth understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Leadership and managerial experience, with the ability to mentor and lead a team of project control professionals.
Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and cost control teams across the technical office and projects as well.
Perform the value engineering analysis for the project in all levels.
Follow the commercial requirements for the projects.
Control any delays to be rectified and claimed for the Employer if possible.
Control the projects’ scope to be followed strictly without any deviations.
Coordinate with the financial team for any commercial bonds and related requirements.
Arrange the needed insurances issuance and maintaining.
Audit all planning and cost controlling processes to prevent any deviations or mistakes.
Prepare the high-level cost reports for all projects.
