Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Prior internship or co-op experience in construction or engineering is a plus.
7. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
2. Utilize project management software and tools to create and maintain project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource leveling.
3. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or deviations from the schedule.
4. Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project performance.
5. Prepare progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of project control procedures and processes.
7. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deadlines are achieved.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in planning and project management.
