Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure/Civil Engineer in the construction industry, with a strong preference for experience in Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia.
3. Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Bentley software.
4. Strong understanding of infrastructure and civil engineering principles, including road design, utilities, drainage, and earthworks.
5. Experience in managing and overseeing infrastructure projects from conception to completion, including planning, design, and construction phases.
6. Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to civil engineering in Saudi Arabia.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Experienced in specifications and measurement methods for infrastructure projects Responsibilities.
2. Preparing executive plans for infrastructure projects using civil 3D program.
3. Experience in quantities surveying using Saudi and international specifications and measurement methods.
4. Experienced in dealing with the Saudi specifications Qualifications.
5. Developing plans for improvements to existing infrastructure or creating new infrastructure where none currently exists.
6. Experienced in the design of sewer, water, storm, and drainage utilities.
7. Site Development Design.
8. Site Grading Design.
9. Earthwork Volumetric Calculations.
10. Good Knowledge in Surveying Jobs.
11. Road Pavement Design Calculations.
12. Geotechnical Knowledge.
13. Familiar with Road Transportation Design as per AASHTO Design Standards.
14. Participate in the pricing process.
