Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management, with significant experience in Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
4. Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Saudi Arabia.
5. Proven track record of leading architectural teams and managing projects from concept design through construction administration.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
7. Leadership and managerial experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team of architects.
8. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, and contractors.
9. Creativity, innovation, and attention to detail in architectural design.
10. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow and control the architectural teem works.
2. Review the architectural team output against the project requirements.
3. Revise all submission to ensure the avoidance of any scope creep in design.
4. Coordinate with the related teams internally and externally.
5. Attend the meetings with clients and suppliers to discuss any submissions.
6. Coordinate the work priorities to match the project needs.
7. Audit the submissions quality to match the project requirements.
8. Participate in the pricing process for pricing or any specific tasks.
